From Box to Beauty
in 5 simple steps.

Step 1: Choose Location

Select a spot with a grounded electrical outlet nearby and consistent ambient lighting. Wall mounting is recommended for stability; the vanity or countertop is ideal for accessibility.

Step 2: Install Bracket

Watch the video: Follow our 3-minute installation walkthrough to securely attach the wall bracket. Ensure it is level before locking it in place.

Step 3: Power & Wi-Fi

Plug in the power cable and turn on the mirror. Select your home Wi-Fi network from the on-screen menu. Ensure your router is 2.4GHz compatible for the best connection.

Step 4: Download App

Download the Mirrorly App from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, select "Pair Device," and scan the QR code on the back of your mirror.

Step 5: AI Analysis

Complete the onboarding by standing in a well-lit area and running your first skin scan. This calibrates the sensors to your specific skin tone and texture.

Troubleshooting Quick Tips

Encountering a hiccup? Here are solutions to the most common setup issues.

  • • Wi-Fi Connection Failed: Ensure the mirror is within 10 feet of the router. If using a mesh network, try switching to a single node connection temporarily.
  • • App Pairing Error: Toggle Bluetooth off and on in your phone settings, then restart the Mirrorly app. Clear the app cache if the QR code fails to scan.
  • • Display Calibration: If the screen looks washed out, press the "Reset Display" button on the back panel and allow the mirror to auto-adjust to the room's ambient light.
